FUNDRAISING TOOLKIT
Why do we need your help?
As you know, Genesis relies on the generosity of our community to fund our cause to provide the best possible service to women and children seeking support from domestic violence, including access to trauma-informed therapies, emergency shelter, legal support, and access to essentials such as food, water, and clothing.
However, as we approach the end of the year, we are in need of a boost in support to help ensure that we can keep up the good work and provide services to our clients at no cost.
$50 provides a warm meal, a night of safety and restful sleep for a family staying at our emergency shelter tonight.
$100 provides new clothing for a family that has left everything behind fleeing from abuse.
$250 underwrites life-changing master's level counseling sessions for a woman to begin restoring her life.
$500 underwrites life-saving civil legal services from our team of staff attorneys for a woman seeking safety & security for her and her children.
$1,000 covers an eight-week stay in a private room at our emergency shelter.
