Shalondria Taylor is a dynamic preacher, author, and mentor from Houston, Texas. She is the Founder of Young Esther’s Inc., a mentorship program for young women empowering them through the areas of intercession, intellect and influence. Prayer and intercession are cornerstones for Pastor Shalondria’s ministry. She is a firm believer that every other branch of her ministry has been birthed through the prioritization and practice of prayer. It is her desire to equip this generation to pursue purpose through prayer.

A graduate of Texas Southern University, and currently pursuing her master’s in divinity, Pastor Shalondria highly esteems education and intellect.
