Job Title: Senior Director of Programs & Client Services
Program: Management Team
Supervised by: CEO

Position Summary: Under the supervision of Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support CEO, the Senior Director of Programs and Client Services develops, manages, coordinates, and integrates all programs that provide direct services to clients. This includes supporting and supervising staff; ensuring the delivery of appropriate service in accordance with external compliance standards at all Genesis sites, integrating services with other programs; managing program budget expenditures and revenues; and evaluating program and outcomes. The Director of Programs is also responsible for seeking out and assisting in securing new programs/services and best practices.  This position works closely with CEO and other Senior Directors to oversee agency alignment with mission, vision and values.

  • Planning and evaluation

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years non-profit management, leadership, with significant experience in community and issues of critical human need. Must have demonstrated success managing complex organizations/programs and have expertise in directing clinical and case management programs, and in personnel management including recruiting/hiring and staff development. Must be skilled in community education and public speaking. Must have a thorough understanding of the dynamics of family violence and trauma-informed care. Master’s degree required with special consideration for supervising credentials.
