CONTACT Crisis Line
CONTACT Crisis Line is a critical partner to Genesis with their Emergency Aid Program. They routinely are able to collaborate with us in getting incoming clients quickly and safely out of harm’s way and into our shelter with a taxi ride coordinated by our crisis help line. This critical service is offered free of charge to Genesis and the client, truly being the starting point of that person’s journey to recovery. In addition, CONTACT Crisis Line aids clients with their prescription assistance program, offering up to $100 in financial payment assistance for urgent prescription needs.

The North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) seeks to eliminate Hunger by distributing food and grocery products through a network of nonprofit organizations while providing education and increasing community awareness on issues of Hunger. Vogel Alcove
Since 1987, the Vogel Alcove has been providing free quality child development services to the Dallas area’s youngest victims of poverty: homeless children from six weeks to six years old. The Vogel Alcove is the only comprehensive early childhood education program in the city of Dallas whose primary focus is to provide free services for homeless children who face multiple developmental risks. Because of the Alcove’s 21-year legacy providing quality, licensed childcare and social services for children victimized by homelessness, 18 area affiliated homeless shelters, domestic violence shelters, and housing programs depend on the Alcove to provide services to the homeless families at their shelters.

The Volunteer Center provides a link between local non-profit agencies looking for dedicated volunteers and dedicated volunteers looking for charities in need.
