Genesis Women's Shelter accepts your donations of gently used items at our Genesis Benefit Thrift Store. All donations are tax-deductible and tax donation forms will be provided upon your donation drop-off.

Please consider cleaning out your closets, your kitchen cabinets, your garage, etc. and donating to Genesis. Genesis accepts most anything, as long as the items are gently used and can be resold or used in our programs. All gently used donations are accepted at our benefit store. 

To donate new items, please see our In-Kind Donations page. 100% of the proceeds from Genesis Thrift Store benefit Genesis Women's Shelter. The clients of Genesis also have the opportunity to shop at our store free of charge on an as needed basis.

Donation pick-ups are available for furniture and large items ONLY.

Pick-ups are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Please call well in advance to schedule your pick-up.  For pick-ups contact Suzie Edgar, Director of Retail Operations at (214) 520-6644.
